£25 per week (minimum 12 weeks)

OPTION 3 - Rent to Own

Upfront:  £300

Weekly payment: £50 per week (minimum 12 weeks)

Early return during minimum hire period will incur a deduction from your deposit accordingly

Cancellation of Rent to Own will not be accepted

Delay in paying the weekly charge will incur a further £5 charge per day

2. If I wish to return the bike, I must inform One Sooq 7 days before my current paid period ends or pay the full amount to continue in to a third week..

3. I wil inspect the bike before taking possession and point out any known issues, submit photographs if necessary.

4. I will be liable to pay for loss, theft or any new damage to the bike caused in my care. And pay for extra days taken for repair to be carried out.

5. Minor damages cost wil be deducted from my deposit. I will manage and pay for any major repair costs or pay the full cost of the bike if it becomes unroadworthy or it is stolen from me. 

6. All payments will be automatically taken from your card on the agreed day each week unless 1 weeks notice is given as stated above.

7. I understand that One Sooq Ltd will pursue full retail price of lost/stolen bikes, unpaid damage costs and bring legal prosecution if not solved amicably. Un-returned / unrepaired bikes will be reported as stolen and my details given to the police. Lost or stolen bikes will need to be paid for at the current retail value - we will inform you of this at the time of hire.

8. My hire will end on the 28th day and I must return the bike between 12-3pm.  a £10 charge will be taken from my deposit if I am late beyond 3pm.

9. Full deposit will be returned upon receiving bike in the same condition as it was taken otherwise a fee will be charged according to damage done.

10. The details and proof I have provided are true and accurate.
